Our Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility Program Manager is responsible for the continued development and enhancement of the company’s D&I and CSR strategy. The program manager will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives and programs in alignment with the company’s D&I and CSR goals to include; training/education, workforce partnerships, employee engagement and environmental awareness. The position will also be responsible for developing training and initiatives to create and foster an open and inclusive environment. The position will serve as the HR ombudsman for diversity issues. This position is ideally located in our corporate office in Hanover, Maryland, but we will also consider candidates in Chicago and Washington, D.C.
