    Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Managed Legal Services Team is looking for a motivated and creative project management professional to join its teamThe ideal candidate will be conversant in a range of legal technologies, litigation review, contract analytics (preferred) and M&A due diligence. MLA’s Managed Legal Services team specializes in helping clients assess and manage contractual risk.  It offers a continuum of contract management services that allow clients to implement full contract lifecycle solutions. 


    A key element of its service mix is Smart-Look Analytics™ Contract Review.  This service pairs advanced search technology with skilled legal professionals to undertake surgically precise contract review in several contexts, including risk assessments, due diligence, post-merger integration and regulatory compliance. MLA’s Smart-Look Analytics™ Contract Review Services identify and reduce business risk while simultaneously controlling cost.

    • Collaboration with MLA’s technology partners on product development and functionality
    • Develop and implement project workflow documentation
    • Manage and coordinate with our technology partner to:
      • Load Data
      • Direct the analytics process
      • Set up review workflow
      • Generate reports and maintain dashboards
      • Coordinate export of information into client’s Contract Management System



    • Team oriented with an ability to work with a broad cross-section of stakeholders
    • Meticulous attention to detail and robust planning skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Passion for creative problem solving
    • Ability to work in a fluid environment with the flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs
    • Receptiveness to different perspectives and approaches to problem-solving
    • Ability to travel

    Preferred Experience

    • 3-5 years of work experience in litigation support, M&A due diligence, regulatory and compliance document review
    • Project Management training and/or certification
    • Experience supervising and managing project teams
    • Experience with machine learning systems and advanced technology
